About Data Link, Inc.
The evolution of Data Link, Inc. has paralleled the digital revolution. In 2001, the company, formally named William
T. Greer Enterprises, Inc., dba Data Link Systems, began offering Internet access, domain registration and website
hosting as an Internet Services Provider. Shortly thereafter, it was selected by and continues to manage a remote

hosting as an Internet Services Provider. Shortly thereafter, it was selected by and continues to manage a remote
data center for the EchoStar Corporation. Transaction Link, a proprietary software-as-a-service (SaaS), was introduced
in 2005. Today, this web-based application is used by businesses in the USA and Canada to manage various point-of-sale
transactions and seamlessly meet regulatory reporting requirements.
In 2008, Data Link, Inc. acquired hundreds of customers around the globe from CityStar, Inc.’s Internet access,
website hosting and email hosting business. In 2011, marketing services were added to complement the company’s
technical expertise. The resulting Complete Management Suite of services brings together all facets of the marketing,
creative and computing professions to focus on the Internet. Data Link, Inc. was formed in January 2012. With a

design and Website / email hosting. This unit implements and executes a customer’s Internet communications and

Between Eric Davidson and Bill Greer, company founder and a computer programmer, this business unit offers
services centered around the technical side of leveraging the Internet. Computer repair, Custom programming,
Online computer support, Software training and Technology training services are offered. Target customers are
individuals, independent professionals, businesses and non-profi t organizations of all sizes. Through an affiliation
with Teamviewer.com, a customer’s computer can be remotely accessed and diagnosed for problems that can then be
repaired. An affiliation for an online backup and storage solution is under development.

Transaction Link Software as a Service (SaaS)
Formerly known as “Moneywell,” the web-based application, written by Bill Greer, is currently used by
pawn shops in 16 U.S. states to generate and manage pawn, redeem, and sales transactions. It seamlessly reports
those transactions to local reporting authorities, such as local police departments. The program was customized for
Canada when a pawn shop near Vancouver, British Columbia became a customer in September 2012. Although
rebranded to Transaction Link in 2012, the new name as well as Version 3 of the program will launch on January 1,
2013. Target customers are those businesses required to meet regulatory reporting requirements, which includes
pawn shops, jewelers (with pawn activities on the side), gun dealers, gold / silver buyers and scrap recyclers, title
loan shops, check cashing stores and thrift / consignment stores, including both sole proprietor (“mom and pop”)
shops and chains of stores.
